Our Mihi

Room 18 are learning about the importance of culture and heritage. We have begun to learn about Maori introductions and children have needed to work with their families to find out more information about their own history and ancestors.

Room 18 - HERE IS COPY OF THE MIHI IF YOU NEED TO LOOK AT IT AGAIN.

Our 'The Leader in the front, the followers behind' discussion is really interesting.

To our overseas viewers - please post to us in our introduction section two entries down. We love seeing where people have come from on our feedjit, but would really love to hear from you. We have noticed Kansas, Dubai and Michigan recently... Please drop us a note.

Keep posting Room 18!

I agree with Poppy because as she said not all leaders are good leaders. For example as Andrew was telling us that when the Europeans came there was one leader that I think pretended that he was on the maori side but he changed to be on the Europeans even though he had a full face tattoo.Another example of a bad leader is Adolph Hitler in Germany during the second world war.
